History
Beagle was founded in 2001 by Alex Sixto and Ferran González, who became an active member in 2006. In 2004, Xavier Castella became a partner of Beagle but in 2007 he left his position to take on a new post in the field of public administration. In 2008, Miguel de la Ossa joined Beagle as the new partner.Since its initiation, Beagle has grown and developed rapidly and expanded its team of professionals with the aim meeting the needs of its clients.
The name Beagle was inspired by the ship “HMS Beagle” on which the British biologist Charles Darwin travelled to complete his voyage round the world between 1831 and 1836. It was on this voyage that Darwin compiled the necessary information and samples to elaborate his “Theory of Evolution”.
This great achievement and the concept of evolution represent the spirit of Beagle as a company. Its name reflects and keeps ever-present our determination to accompany our clients through their challenges, helping them to evolve and transform themselves.
